Limited-Time Event Starts on Friday, September 25
AWAJI, JAPAN, August 8, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — At “DRAGON QUEST ISLAND: The Adventure Ancient Demon and the Guided Adventurers,” one of the hugely popular attractions at Nijigen no Mori in Japan, the autumn special event “Halloween Festival 2026 – Have Mischievous Monsters Play to Come!? -” will be held for a limited time from Friday, September 25, 2026, to Tuesday, November 3, 2026.
During the event period, the Slime that welcomes visitors in front of the castles as a symbol of Dragon Quest Island will transform into a special Halloween version. Guests can enjoy a unique autumn-only world of Dragon Quest that is different from the usual experience.

① By Highway Bus
From Kansai International Airport, take a highway bus bound for Sannomiya, Namba, or Umeda. Transfer at one of these major hubs to a highway bus heading to Awaji Island. Please get off at either “Awaji IC” or “Nijigen no Mori.” Only one transfer is required, and the total travel time is approximately 3 hours.
② By Train + Highway Bus
From Kansai International Airport, travel by JR or Nankai Railway to the Osaka, Namba, or Sannomiya area. From there, transfer to a highway bus bound for Awaji Island. Please get off at either “Awaji IC” or “Nijigen no Mori.” The total travel time is approximately 3 hours.
