Brent Newman brings more than 18 years of experience leading talent acquisition organizations supporting federal government, corporate, and commercial programs. Prior to joining TekSynap, he spent seven years at GovCIO, where he led the company’s talent acquisition organization and helped build a high-performing recruiting function. Throughout his career, he has earned a reputation for developing effective recruiting strategies, building strong partnerships, and delivering exceptional hiring results across technical and operational organizations.
As Vice President of Talent Acquisition, Newman will lead TekSynap’s enterprise recruiting organization, with responsibility for advancing the company’s talent acquisition strategy, enhancing the candidate experience, and building scalable recruiting programs that support TekSynap’s continued growth across the federal marketplace.
